We are short run, custom manufacturer of shims, thin spacers and specialty washers designed and built to your specifications.  We maintain a large supply of raw materials and utilize a variety of advanced production processes (including SWAT, lasers and CNC machining) to satisfy your broad needs for these products.

In addition, we have invested in significant secondary processes, including heat treat, grinding, machining, painting, chem film, and passivating among others.  SPIROL set the vision many years ago, to be the low cost producer in the industry through our use of new technology and the internal control of these critical secondary operations.

SPIROL has the technical product know-how and expertise to assist your engineers in designing the lowest cost product that will meet your needs.  Whether using optional raw materials, tolerancing for specific production processes or using industry standard specifications to reduce your costs and lead times, SPIROL will provide this added service free of charge.  This option often leads to products that can be less than half of their original costs.
