SPIROL Introduces Model PMH – Heavy Duty Manual Installation Machine

Danielson, CT – SPIROL International Corporation is pleased to announce the release of a new highly versatile, heavy duty Installation Machine. The Model PMH is ideally suited for low to moderate volume levels of production that require insertion forces up to 1,500 lbs (6.7 kN). The machine installs Pins, Inserts and Compression Limiters up to 10mm or 3/8” in diameter, with easy tooling changeover to accommodate a variety of applications. The machine is simple to operate and easily adjustable. The precisely machined rack and casting results in smooth operation, precise positioning, repeatability and durability. This exceptionally flexible machine easily accommodates quick changeovers through simply changing the pin driving chuck or pusher punch and replacing the fixture at the base of the machine to accommodate the specific application and fastener size to be installed.
