This highly versatile machine is well suited for low- to moderate-volume production, from single-unit prototype assembly to multiple units integrated along an assembly line. The Model PMH Heavy Duty Manual Pin Inserter is ideal for installing Coiled Spring Pins, Slotted Spring Pins, Solid Pins, and a wide range of other pin types*. Designed for quick and easy changeovers, fixtures can be replaced directly at the machine base, while pin diameters are easily changed by switching the Pin Driving Chuck. Its precision-machined rack and cast components provide smooth operation, accurate positioning, repeatability, and long-lasting durability.
Optional alignment fixtures available.
*Can be adapted to install Alignment Dowels / Bushings
