PolskaModel PMX Extra Heavy Duty Manual Pin Inserter
Built for low- to moderate-volume production environments requiring insertion forces up to 22.4 kN (5,000 lbs.), the Model PMX Extra Heavy Duty Manual Pin Inserter is ideal for installing Coiled Spring Pins, Slotted Spring Pins, Solid Pins, and a variety of other pin types*. Engineered for flexibility and efficient setup changes, fixtures can be quickly exchanged at the machine base, while different pin diameters are accommodated by simply changing the Pin Driving Chuck. The robust design delivers consistent performance, smooth operation, repeatable results, and long service life.
Optional alignment fixtures available.
*Can be adapted to install Alignment Dowels / Bushings
