中国SPIROL Announces Expansion of GD100 Ground Hollow Dowel Product Line
Danielson, CT – Due to market demand, SPIROL has expanded their GD100 Ground Hollow Dowel product line by adding 6mm to the diameter range. The GD100 is a revolutionary product as it was designed to be a direct replacement for the Ground Solid Dowel per ISO 8734; yet it is 50% lighter and significantly less expensive.
Features and Benefits of the Ground Hollow Dowels include:
• Precision ground outside diameters maintain critical alignment within 20μm.
• A 1.6μm surface finish and well-defined chamfers prevent shaving or scraping during installation.
• The roll-formed design yields substantial cost savings over Solid Dowels.
• The hollow feature offers weight savings over Solid Dowels and clearance for bolts, fluids, or gases.
